Daddy’s birthday and Mother’s Day came consecutively this year so it was a weekend of celebration!

Grandma and Grandpa Kao were nice enough to watch E while we stole away for a dinner date. :) It’s been awhile! E helped blow out Daddy’s candles this year. He is getting the birthday concept, we think.

Then we honored the mommies on Sunday with another feast. Glad that we got to spend it in-person with Grandma this year.
