Smile and take a bite out of it like it’s the yummiest thing in the world!

Anyway, so Mommy’s birthday fell on the long Labor Day weekend so we did some of her favorite things – museums, made some art, inhaled fine chocolate, froyo (got our free Yogurtland b-day cup… Son consumed like there weren’t no brain freezes! :P). Then Grandparents volunteered to babysit so date night went down — enjoyed a couples massage and our beloved made-from-scratch grass jelly (discovered whilst taking child-birthing classes as expectant parents) at this fobby hole-in-the-wall.

On Labor Day, we took E to the newly opened Play Street Museum Plano… He’s been quite a few times to the one in Frisco. Such a neat, well-designed play space and with a outdoor/camping theme to boot! There may have been some tantrum-ing and tears to get him to leave. :\ But def another place to add to our rotating list of things to do with an active toddler. :)) Then we dined with Ah-Gong, Ah-Ma, Uncle Dan and Auntie Glo.

B-day celebrations that span an entire weekend are not a bad deal! Aging, on the other hand… hehe. ;p
