Can We Push Pause?
Puh-lease???
This age and stage needs to allow us several re-plays as it’s passing by waaaaay too fast!
New ‘do by Master Stylist Daddy! :)
Test drove a Tesla before we did.
He says he wants to play hockey. Well, ya gotta learn how to ice skate first! And he quickly found out, it ain’t easy.
Ice cream in a bun @ a new cafe.
A very belated (green tea!) b-day cake for Ah-Gong since we were all away at different times.
A new railroad play space at the library!
Picking up amigos at the tractor.
Tried this xua hua bing place but they were out of all the good flavors. Missing SNOWLAB in Denver!
He still downed that sucka.
Showing off a Batman toy.
ATTENTION!
Down for 10!
Post-gymnastics happy hour.
First iMax about flying dinosaurs. He loved it and wants to see another one…
One of da big boyz.
Happy Birthday, Joseph!
Mommy sugar crashed for her b-day at a chocolate festival while the guys did their own thing.
But she made sure to bring back a takeout box. :)
Fighting falling asleep in the car cuz Mommy and Daddy want me to nap at home {for longer}… :P
Heritage Farmstead Museum has been in Plano for awhile but we’d never gotten to go until this Open House for a scouts event.
Bumpity bump @ the local carnival/midway.
He hated the loud honking on these and started crying halfway through the ride. Then he wanted to go home but we had tickets to use up. Daddy suggested we all go on the ferris wheel and he threw a fit!
Someone made him conquer his fear. :D
He actually enjoyed it!
When we got down… “I want to go on that again!” Sigh.
Checked out the National Videogame Museum on a night they were allowing free entrance. We wanted to go last year when we were at Cisco Family Day at Sci-Tech but they weren’t quite open yet.
Old school games from Mommy and Daddy’s time. OMG, Sonic the Hedgehog!
He went wild over duck hunt. Kept shooting and shooting and shooting and shooting! He even got a few perfect rounds in there. :)
And this year at Sci-Tech!
There was a MakerSpace and water/conservation exhibit + the usual permanent ones.
Fort building was still a hot activity.
Back at the skate park now that the weather has sort of cooled down.
Storytime at the Interurban Railway Museum.
Almost photo bombed a tiny wedding ceremony!
Girlie day.
Then a b-day party for a classmate at Chuck E. Cheese.
E had a blast!!! So much so that he kinda forgot (or avoided) going to the bathroom… Haven’t had an accident in a LONG time! At least it was near the end when it was time to go home. Mommy had a bad feeling at the ticket counting machine when he started swaying from foot to foot. Hehe.
Mommy used to go to Chuck E. Cheese’s all the time back in the day with her sibs. Dang, this place has changed! All modern now with totally new games. And a dance floor? Though the mouse himself looks like he hasn’t aged a day. :)
Went to another one of Uncle Dan’s races. He ran maybe .5 miles and scootered 2.6!
His BBKFF – Best Big Kid Friend Forever.
Fun after-party in the amphitheatre with food truck samples, music and more running around. So good to see Auntie Kristi from CCA – the charity beneficiary of the race – and meeting some students.
