We’re May’d out! We didn’t waste a minute of it, that’s for sure.

This was a totally spontaneous frolic amongst the bluebonnets while swinging by to see Daddy scrimmage. Compare with the epic hands-in-air-get-me-outta-here pose from Ennis two years ago. Tried to get him to re-create it. :)

Daddy got chosen to ref for the AUDL as Dallas’ first pro ult frisbee team, The Roughnecks, start playing. We’ve been hanging out on the sidelines for some games and E’s making friends, as usual.

Found out our much yearned for place for hot grass jelly and tofu pudding finally found a new location to re-open. Made for a perfect Mother’s Day visit.

Then we meet up with the fam at the new WF. (Though, not our first visit, hehe). They have an awesome kid-friendly upper eating area — not too crowded and ample space for horsing around.

Then we surprised Daddy with an early birthday cake!

On his actual b-day, we got him chili crab and some other Singaporean eats. And of course, since it has become tradition…
