A Different Summer

School ended, places have been re-opening but as cases are still rising, we are taking it day by day… It’s weird not having any trips or in-person camps planned. Instead, we’ve been doing little outings here and there — micro stay-cays?

We decided to head to a park around the corner for the boys to run around some more and gasp, this playground was open — this was outside of SD county so we guessed had different rules. First time at a public playground in months! It was seriously like a million Christmas days for them.

LE
Of course prying them away was not an easy feat. And then came a thorough sanitization before heading home…
